We (CS department at Open University of the Netherlands) have two open positions for Assistant Professors. Both are temporary but "with a view to becoming permanent" (translated from the job ad).
Candidates do not need to be already fluent in Dutch, but, given the nature of our institution and our study programmes, will be expected to actively work on their Dutch skills.
