Starting Salary: £26,208 rising to £30,951

This vacant CSI roles will be based at the Crime Scene Investigation Hub, Neath Police Station (Western BCU) plus Fairwater Police Station (Eastern BCU) and will have the requirement to undertake forensic examinations of various crime scenes including both volume and major crime and therein be responsible for the recovery of all forensic evidence types and therein to actively assist investigations by providing forensic advice and support. To deliver a specialist service to victims of crime, South Wales Police and Gwent Police and the wider Criminal Justice system.

This post is not suitable for job share / part time working due to exigencies of the business.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Level.
